The steps you must take

1/ Get your apartment classified

« cristaux paradiski » Classification

The first step was to define a "Paradiski" classification common to the whole Paradiski area that was effective and best suited to our montain resorts.

Accordingly, a scale known as "cristaux paradiski" was established. This defines the quality criteria and matching coefficients that lead to a score and the allocation of a classification ranging from 1 to 4 crystals.

Prefectural Classification

At the same time, Plagne Rénov' associates wanted to retain the requirement that owners renovating their property have their apartments classified by the Prefecture. This classification allocates a number of stars from 1 to 5.

Resuests to be made to the offices of the Office de Promotion de la Grande Plagne (OPGP - Grande Plagne Promotion Board)

Please note : To claim a renovation grant, a property must achieve a minimum of 1 star and least 2 "Cristaux Paradiski" crystals.

2/ Carry out the renovations

To be eligible for the grants on offer, you must undertake to :

Carry out works in your apartment to a minimum value of 350 Euros per m²as measured by the Prefecture.
Make your apartment available for rental through an approved estate agent of your choice for a minimum period of 9 years ans for a minimum of 13 weeks per winter season.
