The Works

When your property has been inspected for the Prefectural and Cristaux Paradiski classifications, you will be asked to carry out certain works to bring it up to the required standard.

1/ Having the works carried out

• With businesses of your choice. Plagne Rénov' will be able to provide you with a list of local project managers and busnesses.

2/ Having the works carried out

• You will have to justifiy the cost of the works and carrying them out.

Please note : Plagne Rénov' will carry out a second inspection after the works have been completed to check that they have been carried out in accordance with the minimum impovements set out in the report following the first classification inspection and the rule book.
