1/ The CLEM : (Contrat de Location des Equipements et Mobilier - fittings and furnishings rental contract)

SAEM PLAGNE RENOV’ will obtain on your behalf fittings and furnishings up to a value of 12 000 Euros/apartment. This will be in the form of an interest free advance repayable over 9 years. Repayment will de deducted from the rental paid to the estate agency in charge of renting your property.

2/ The Subsidy :

20% of the total cost of the works carried out with a maximum of 5000 Euros.   Please note : payment and approval of either of the 2 grants CLEM or Subsidy are subject to confirmation by Plagne Rénov' or its representative of compliance with the specification and the two classification decisions (Préfecture and Cristaux Paradiski).
