The contract

This will be between you and the associates of SAEM Plagne Rénov'.

It will reiterate :

• The amount and terms of the CLEM or the payment of the Subsidy
• Rental commitments over 9 years
• The specifications of the works to be carried out
• Inspections and penalties for non-compliance or early termination of the contract.

You hand your apartment over th the agency of your choice and you are free to establish with them your periods of occupation :

• The agreement or lease is to last for a minimum period of 9 years and the apartments must be available for rent for 13 weeks per winter season.
• You must leave your property with an agency throughout the duration of the renovation contract, but you are free to change agency should you so wish.

Please note : Any withdrawal by either party whilst the contract is in force will lead to the repayment of part of the grant.
